Research
Our group is leading or collaborating in several low energy particle physics experiments at PSI and CERN. In particular, we are:
- Investigating novel methods to create a high-quality atomic beam of muonium, based on μ⁺→M conversion in superfluid helium (SFHe) with the LEMING experiment at PSI.
- Testing lepton flavour universality with PIONEER, a newly approved, next-generation precision pion decay experiment at PSI.
- Researching the fundamental properties of antiprotons compared to protons with BASE at CERN.
